LP and Bone Marrow Next Tuesday
We've scheduled another LP and bone marrow aspirate next Tuesday morning.
The LP is to see the status of those CSF blasts. Are they rising? Still detectable?
Did a week or so of green tea, curcumin, rieshi, quercetin, etc. take them out?
We need more observation data.
The aspirate is to double check the chimerism
(peripheral blood was 100% ...the marrow needs to be 100% also)
Question I have ...where are those blasts coming from?
Do they grow in the CSF or do they originate from the marrow or some chloroma somewhere?
Is it possible to have a chloroma in the marrow (basically segregated and therefore undetectable)?
