Hello Kaat clan ...
I've been thinking of my "Baby J" the last few weeks . . . back to last year at this time . . .
and it brings me tears of joy to think of how far my little man has come and the obstacles that he's pulled through.
To see your most recent journal entry just thrills me to no end!
I see my little buddy still has quite the appetite - LOL - and is growing by leaps and bounds!
Too bad I didn't know you were going to be in town this week!
I would've gladly taken time out of Christmas preparations to come see you - in fact, I was probably in Mayfair Mall that day!!
(I feel like that's where I've spent the better part of the past week doing all my last-minute shopping!!)
Anyways, I hope this holiday season finds everyone happy and HEALTHY and that you have many more Christmases together!
I love and miss you all! (And a happy belated re-birthday to Jaymun!!) Take care and be sure to stay in touch!
Much love, Nurse Evelyn

Hi Kaat family,
Over the past year Joletta has given us updates on Jaymen but now we were able to read the website for ourselves. We hope and pray that all things will continue to go well for Jaymen and the rest of the family.

A while back, you (jaymun's mom) posted a comment on my sisters website
She added a link to Jaymuns page on her site and I instantly became hooked on reading about Jaymun.
I added you to my prayer list. I did not realize how much my sister also followed your story.
Today she posted to her site about how much Jaymun's fight and Jaymun's parents postings helped her and continue to help her.
I just wanted to share with you so you could see what a difference you (both mom and dad) and Jaymun have made in her life.
We continue to pray for you and your family.
Yay God, Angie Jackson

I still cry with joy everytime I think about Jaymun's miracle of healing.
We loved holding and playing with him the day you all came over to our house.
It's awesome to see him gettting around and doing all the cute baby things. We are so so happy for you all.
We love you guys! Melodee Uribe and family.

I have been thinking about Jaymun for the past few weeks hoping and praying that things were continuing to go well for him.
I am delighted to hear that he continues to do well and very excited that he was able to enjoy his first bath!
Amiyah is about to celebrate her 1st birthday on the 23rd and we too will be celebrating it in style!
These kids are so blessed. Jaymun and your family continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

I’d not checked Jaymun’s website since mid-March, when there hadn’t been an update for a wee while.
I was scrolling through my “Favorites” today and clicked through.
What a thrill to read the four updates and see the photos. Happy birthday this month, darling Jaymun!

Dear Kaat Family,
We are so happy to hear about Jaymun's continued good progress. We hope & pray that he gets his central line removed soon. How fun it will be to give Jaymun his "first official bath" once this happens. (Great photo opportunities...smile.)
Love the photos of him at 10 months old - he still has that beautiful big smile that melts hearts. Thank you so much for continuing to share updates on Jaymun. We look forward to each month, seeing what he is "up to".
Congratulations also on Jaymun's debut on the Miracle Marathon as well as his selection for Children's Champions! We look forward to reading more information about Al's Run and Walk.
Jaymun's story is a powerful one that truly shows the power of prayer. May God continue to bless your family with good health, many smiles and lots of belly laughs. :)

I just wanted to pop in and let you know how happy I am for your family and for Jaymun that everything is going so well. How exciting to be able to bring him to church on Easter Sunday. Must've been an extremely emotional and exciting day for everybody.
Also, wanted to send a special thank you to Jennifer for sending us the very nice card in regards to the loss of our precious baby Adam Norbert. It meant so much to me that you took the time out of your busy schedule to send that to us. I can only imagine how busy you are.
After seeing the lovely website you had created for Jaymun I felt the need to create one in memory of Adam and have placed the link below. Feel free to check it out in your spare time. This is all new to me so it isn't finished completely and I plan to spice it up a bit once I have more time and figure things out a little bit better. I find a lot of comfort in creating this for him and sharing our story.
God Bless!!! Dana

I hope all is still well with precious Jaymun and the family. I keep you all in my prayers daily.
I also wanted to let you know, and I hope this is ok, that this year I am running my second marathon in San Fransisco for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (Team In Training) and would be truly honored to raise my money and run in Honor of Jaymun.
He was truly my inspiration to take this challenge again and get out and raise some more money for research. When I am done I will have raised 4100.00 in his name.
Having never meet you I feel a little akward asking to do this but that little boy has touched my heart in a way that I will carry with me all my life.
Hugs & Prayers from Houston, Melanie

Thanks be to God!!! I have checked every few weeks, hoping that no news was good news, and it is. I am so glad that you are back to some normalcy as a family. I will continue to check in on Mr. Big occasionally. Thanks so much for the update!

I just wanted you to know that I began reading your story early this morning. I got to your blog through the Jennifer Ireland Blog. I was very attached to the Ireland family through their blog and when she passed on I continued to pray for her husband and children and kept up on his website to see how the family was doing. Anyway, I saw your blog and opened up the videos and immediately became attached to this absolutely adorable little miracle! I am 6 ˝ months pregnant with my 4th child. It will be mine and my fiance’s 7th child (combining 2 families)….. I never knew a baby could be born with a Cancer and I am sickened at the thought of it. I can only think that these things happen for a reason and I am and will be praying for your baby boy and your entire family that all is good for you very soon!!!! For all he’s been through, I must say that he looks like a charmer!
Congratulations on receiving this wonderful baby from God….I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers always!

Hi Kaat Family!
Its Aunt Karen and Uncle Bob here and we just wanted to let you know how happy we are for the family that everything is going so well! And that baby Jaymun! He is getting to be such a good looking little man! Boy, his looks have changed so much now that he has gotten some hair! It is just beautiful, miraculous, the gifts that our God has given us through all this misery. Sometimes I wonder, why have we all have been drawn together in this mission? Is there a purpose beyond the the immediate need of the child? There is so much to ponder and our lives are so short to take it all in. Especially in our busy lives that seem to be crammed full of work and activities, which... when you look back... don't really mount to a hill of beans. May our Heavenly Father continue to keep us all in his care.
Love always.... God is love you know!

I've been checking back a few times a week over the last several months to see how things are going. Imagine my double blessing to see a new post today AND to see that my suspicions were true - Jaymun is doing great and you all enjoying having him home and healthy. I am so thrilled for your entire family!! God is GREAT!!
"He reached down from heaven and rescued me; He drew me out of deep waters. He rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me. They attacked me at a moment when I was in distress, but the Lord supported me. He led me to a place of safety; He rescued me because He delights in me."
