I can't tell you how happy I was to see an update on Jaymun this evening. I started following your blog several months ago when I saw the link on Julie Lyons' blog. I check in periodically to see if there's an update and constantly keep Jaymun and your family in my prayers. I look forward to the next update !! God Bless....

Hello – I had to write because my son had been pestering me constantly about baby Jaymun. We read the blog together for weeks and my 8 year old prays for him nightly, without fail. He has not missed a night praying for him since the first time I came here and shared your story with him. He wants to know how Jaymun is doing now, he was hoping I could find your phone number!!!!! LOL They always say that no news is good news, SO you all must be doing GREAT!!!!!! When I first came here I wept uncontrollably until my husband asked me what the trouble was. God moved me so greatly that I would find myself checking in with your family in the middle of the night. In the morning, during the worst time of his sickness, I would check in before I put the coffee on or went to the bathroom. I could feel the body of God’s strength when I would pray for Jaymun and I knew/felt others in prayer at the same moments. How beautiful and gracious our wonderful Savior is, Glory be to his name. I so hope that you will find the time to update us soon – we miss you being in our lives daily….but I am glad that the story can continue. All our love and continued prayers for your family and that beautiful baby Jaymun.

Hello! Jaymum surely is a cutie. I found your site via Jen Ireland's blog.
I wanted to share info with you about a place in Kansas City, Missouri, you can call for prayer support in times of medical crisis- it's called the House of Hope and Healing.
This is a non-denominational ministry of World Revival Church that is full of faith and power and stands for the GOD kind of LIFE,
they see healing testimonies there everyday.
You can call them at 1-877-804-LIFE and they will pray with you over the phone, check them out on the web at worldreivalchurch.com- this is a great source to add to your support- you won't be disappointed.

Hello to all your wonderful family!! I think of your beautiful baby Jaymun quite often wondering how he was doing at home with his family all around him. I was paging through your site and saw the beautiful painting of Isaiah's door that your boys did for him. I remembered back to that night and how I was in such a odd place in my life and didn't know what our future was going to hold for our family... I had no idea how our family was going to stay strong so far apart but your strength and knowlege was refreshing and brought everything into perspective for me. I loved hearing about your experiences and that everything was turning around for your family. You were so warm and comforting to everyone that passed and to your children... I pulled great strength from you and you probally didn't even know it. Thank you!!!
It was also funny how just a day after we met I got an email from a girlfriend that I should look for your site about Jaymun. I didn't tell anyone that we had met yet and they were pulling me toward you. She didn't even know that you were at the same hospital and freeked that we met the day before and talked. God has plans for all of us... as weird as they are sometimes.
Thanks for all your family did for us, and we all pray that little (although he looks like a cute little meatball now) Jaymun continues to grow into a healthy and beautiful little boy.

I found the link to your blog from a young mom in our town/church who recently died from colon cancer. Her husband wanted all the people who had kept up with her blog to keep praying and supporting other cancer patients, henceforth the link to your blog. I'm a stay at home mom of 4, my youngest "40th birthday surprise" Ella, was born in September. I've slowly been reading Jaymun's journal the last several days, crying thru much of it. I hope you're all doing well. I can't even put into words my awe at your family. From Devon's heroism, to you as the bravest parents, to all of your children's ability to look beyond themselves...I can't imagine being where you've been, yet your family seems much like mine. My children attend catholic school, and the last few months our school has been desperately fighting to raise funds and hold on to our school families. Being on school board, this
has been a hard thing to go thru with our church family. Reading your blog totally prioritizes it for me.
God bless you all. I hope that beautiful baby is doing well. He might be good enough for my Ella someday! Much love from our family to yours...

Hi to the Family! We haven't heard anything for about two weeks and are really experiencing withdrawl symptoms! Hopefully all is going well and that you are just overwhelmed with everyday busyness. Maybe you are digging out of the last snows yet! We just got our first big shot of the white stuff this week and are shut inside for a few days. I don't think we actually got that much, but it is blowing all over so bad. I can now tell how a person could get lost in this stuff, as you can't see your hand in front of your face!
Your Uncle Bobby is enjoying his retirement and I'm still trying to get over it, as its extra hard having to get up and out in the morning, when he can sleep in!
We send our love and continued prayers that the Good Lord will continue to keep watch and care over all of you.
