Fri, 2 Feb 2007 21:37 - I just want to let you know that Jaymun is in my prayers. I'M SO GLAD HE'S HOME!!!!!!!!! -Lauren Ehr

Fri, 02 Feb 2007 14:19 - So, glad to hear that Jaymun is home and doing well! What a great celebration each day must be with everyone together again! It is great that you are home and do not have time to journal as often. That is the best kind of busy. I have hung on every word that has been posted. Waiting...praying...hoping...that all would be well. So glad that God heard our prayers and answered so sweetly! God bless you and your family! In Christ, Susan

Fri, 2 Feb 2007 10:03 - I am so happy to hear that Jaymun is home and well on the way to recovery. I hope God continues to give you all the strength to handle all the new responsibilities and demands that you now face with Jaymun at home. Your journal entries are such an inspiration of what faith and trust in the Lord can bring. My prayers are still with Jaymun and your family. Enjoy every moment with your precious little one! Lots of love to your family, Love Jenny in South Africa

Wed, 31 Jan 2007 08:31 - Hi Jennifer and Dave, I am sorry I did not get the chance to say goodbye on the day you left the hospital. I am so happy that you are all home. I tried to tell each of you this, but just to confirm that I did, I want you to know that your faith and prayers and family were such an encouragement to me. It was so encouraging to see answers to prayer in Jaymun's life and renewed my confidence in God. I have not seen God at work in such a clear way for a long while. Your journal entries were wonderful windows into your life and faith and struggles and, as you know, they caused me (and many others) to cry a lot. They are priceless and, I think, worthy of becoming a book. I will continue to pray that Jaymun stays healthy and that your family adjusts to the new stresses and demands of life at home with Jaymun.
In Christ, Your "occasional" Nurse, Linda

Tue, 30 Jan 2007 21:05 - My prayers are with you and your family for Jaymans recovery. You are VERY blessed to have him, and to learn from him. Such a tiny child can teach us many things. I share in your fears and joys with this terrible disease, my mother had leukemia, and left us at a very young age, although her type was very aggressive, I am overjoyed to hear that Jaymon is home with his family, and you are living each day to the fullest! Hold onto every moment as a family and make many memories for years to come. Always remember that life is not measured by "how many breaths we take", but how many things we do that, "take our breath away"!! I did read about your star mural, and actually happened upon your website about Jayman from following the website about the star murals. What a wonderful person he is to have given his time and of himself to make others happy. Thus the term, Pay it forward, and I feel so strongly about that. Thank you for sharing your story of Jayman and your beautiful star mural. I was deeply touched. Please take care, and I will continue to say a prayer for your whole family. Sincerely, Kathy Sammons, Brazil, IN.

Tue, 30 Jan 2007 19:49 - Hi Kaat family, You probably don't remember me, for I only cared for Jaymun a couple of times during his long stay at Children's on the HOT unit. I worked on the HOT unit from June-December, and whenever I got the chance to interact with your family, I was so excited! I just wanted to let you know that even though I have left the HOT unit, I have been keeping up with Jaymun's condition through your journal and beautiful pictures. I think that you will inspire so many other families who are going through tragedy, and give them the courage and grace to stay strong every single day. Please know how much your family and Jaymun are thought of, and how many lives you have touched. I am so incredibly happy for you all. Family is the most important thing in this world-- it's inspiring to see how one can stick together through the worst of times. Enjoy your time at home! You are continually in my thoughts and prayers.
Love and prayers, Tiffany Marbach Former HOT Unit/Clinic RN

Tue, 30 Jan 2007 11:45 - I have been checking the journal everyday and ever since you posted that Jaymun would most likely get to come home soon I have been praying that everything would go smoothly and he would be with his family SOON! Each day when I would check and not see an update I would pray that it was because things were going well and were the "good busy". I prayed so much that nothing had happened in the meantime that was causing any "bad busy". I am SO COMPLETELY overjoyed that Jaymun is home with you!!! It is amazing the excitement that a stranger can experience just in reading a post on the internet. How wonderful to be connected in this way!! Jennifer- I don't know if you'd remember me- I certainly don't expect you to at all...I wrote on Jaymun's guestbook back in November and much to my surprise you took the time to respond to me. At the time you guys were questioning whether it was really worth taking the time to update the journal and how many readers there really were. I was 16 weeks pregnant at the time (now 28 weeks-found out I'm having a girl!). I just wanted to thank you guys again for opening up your life and sharing your deep emotions and struggles with all of us. God really has used your ordinary family in extraordinary ways! He has used you as a HUGE reminder and encouragement-although I do not know what may lie ahead for myself and my family, I know that God has a plan and He is in complete control. The trials we will be faced with may be incredibly difficult and stretch us in ways that we didn't think we could handle being stretched...but ultimately, God is faithful and expects that faith from us. What a wonderful example you have been! Thank you again. Love in our Savior, Danielle Brown Mesa, AZ

Mon, 29 Jan 2007 20:24 - Hallelujah!! I have been checking daily after your news that Jaymun may be home soon! I am in tears just thinking of your joy. we will continue to pray for his good health and all of you. Your closing quote sums it up so well. If nothing else, take heart in knowing that such a small boy could touch so many people so deeply, and your example of faith has perhaps renewed faith in others! Andrea F.

Mon, 29 Jan 2007 16:12 - We just checked up on Jaymunís Journey today and are so happy to hear that he is home and you are again together as a family. We will be praying that the meds will quickly decrease and that there will not be any extra trips to the hospital. May Godís Grace that has been sufficient and sustained you the past six months continue to be upon all of you. What an excellent job you have done writing up this incredible Journey and what a beautiful little boy. Bob & Marilyn Jacoby

Sun, 28 Jan 2007 19:38 - Just wanted to let you know we are still praying for your family on a daily basis. We are glad to hear that little Jaymun is making remarkable progress and soon will be home. Praise God! What a testimony he will be able to share with others someday. I am amazed that this little life, which we have yet to meet in person, has touched so many lives. People have written from all over the world. What a blessed and special little guy! Love, Tim, Laurie, Emily and Rachel Fettig

Sun, 28 Jan 2007 21:50 - Hello Dave, Jennifer, Jaymun, and Family, We just wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you. We are so excited to hear that Jaymun may be coming home soon. What a miracle baby he is, we are just so happy that he is doing so well. We pray for Jaymun and are so thankful that God has given him the strength he needs. We always make sure we look on the website for his updates. We love to see all the pictures and videos. We will be coming to Children's on Thursday, February 1st, and we were planning on stopping in to visit, if that is alright. We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay strong and give Jaymun hugs and kisses for us.
We love you! Dan, Maggie, Jamon, Julia, and Cade

Thu, 25 Jan 2007 14:30 - Hi Kaat family!
I have been keeping up with the journal since I was out there and am really happy to hear of the progress that he is making. What a little trooper! What a great family you guys are too, with everyone, from the kids to the grandparents, adapting your lives.
What a great time it will be to have your tough boy back home with all of you and Jaymun can start to really see what it is like to be in a family setting for once. How great for all of you. When he turns 3 years old... just say the word and I will come back out and paint a mural for him too.
Thanks for letting me get to know you!
Sincerely, Jeff Stewart
