Praying that this big beautiful baby is healthy and happy for a long time to come. God can make so many miracles. By doing so he makes so many illnesses seem like they never existed, your faith in God will be a big key in what saves your son. Good for you for not only reaching out to God yourselves, but for asking others to do so. The power of prayer is so strong.
Many prayers for your family. Sherry Bryant Ontario Canada

Dave, Jennifer, Ben, Kirsten, Sean, Devon and Jaymun,
I have followed your blog that turned into a journal from the beginning.
Please know how often you have all been lifted up to our Father who knows, hears and sees all.
He knows how your faith is tried. He hears your prayers and the pleading from your hearts.
He sees the smiles on your faces and the tears running down your cheeks. Above all,
He loves each one of you beyond your comprehension. Again, this moment, you are all being presented to the Father.
God Bless You.

Jaymun, we are neighbors of Ryan and Tanya and heard of your fight to get better.
We will put you in our prayers and then it will have to be God's decision as to whether you will stay with your family or become an angel in heaven. Our prayers will be that you grow up to be a fine healthy boy and pillar of the community. Have a blessed Christmas - miracles DO happen with prayer.
Love to the entire family, P, F and mom

Please know that my family is praying for you. My heart aches for you as you sit by your son in the ICU. My nephew was born with a severe heart defect and needed a heart transplant at 1 1/2 years old. My family spent much time in the ICU, so we can understand a bit of what you might be going through. We are paying for a MIRACLE for you precious son. May God touch your family and the doctors and nurses as well.

Awww… poor little sweetie!
I’ll pray for Jaymun to be delivered from the horrible things that have ravaged his body.
I wish I understood why God allows the most precious of us to suffer like this… although it does force us to rely on Him completely and live by faith alone.
Maybe He has reasons that we cannot understand… but I pray that He offers comfort to your sweet little boy and that Jaymun is fully delivered from this with a miracle that can only be attributed to our Heavenly Father.

Dave and Jennifer,
Your journal entry today (12/13)
was so honest and true. You have such a way with words and I feel a connection with your hearts. Please know that as a fellow member of the Body of Christ, I am calling out to the Lord with you. What we don’t know, God knows. He is good and faithful and able. We rest in Him.

I am praying for your family, especially your precious son Jaymun. I found you guys through Sarah's In The Midst Of It. Jaymun just seems like such a joy and a gift to your family. My husband & I have four children of our own. I cannot imagine what you are going through. I pray that God will give you all continued strength and help you to rise up like eagles (Isaiah 40:31).
We will keep praying. Kristi from NC

I learned of Jaymun’s story through Jody F. last month. I think of your family so often… especially the last few days. I haven’t been able to get your sweet baby Jaymun out of my mind. My entire family is saying special prayers for him. Dear Lord, Please lift up this wonderful family and this precious child. May You watch over this family. Please give Your give the doctors the knowledge to heal Jaymun. He is so loved. So needed here with his family. Please wrap your arms around his mom and dad. Touch them with the strength that only You can give. Let Jaymun stay here with his family. He is a shining angel to so many.

I found your website/blog from another blog that I read frequently, Sarah-In the Midst of It. I don't know Sarah and I don't know you but I read about your son and pray for him daily. How amazing God can use technology to link His children together.
I received this verse from a daily email and I wanted to pass it on to you and your family.
"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:28-31
I can not begin to imagine what you and your family are going through, but God can. And even in the midst of all we don't understand, He is sovereign.
I will continue to pray for you. May God give you His perfect peace. Keturah G
