I work with Jaymun's great uncle Ron and check up on Jaymun as much as I can while at work. I pray for God to help Jaymun through this with as little pain as possible. I also pray for God to give mom & dad the strength they need to get the family through this. Also for patience for the other children as I am sure they miss mommy & daddy when they are at the hospital. I will continue to pray daily for a happy & healthy Jaymun & family.
Thank You - Mindy Schlessinger

Dear Kaat family,
Just to let you know I am holding you in prayer...for little Jaymun, as well as your entire family. I am trusting God for the outcome of Jaymun's life.
I wanted to pass on to you my favorite verse. It has been my crutch through many situations in my life...hopefully, you will also find a source of comfort from these words.....
Isaiah 41:13....."For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, 'Do not fear; I will help you' ".
To Dave, specifically, this is an awesome picture of our Father holding our hand, just as you, Jaymun's father, have been holding his hand.
Blessings to you all. Jackie Carl Marion, IN

Hi Jennifer and Dave!
Thank you so much for sending me a picture of Jaymun. It will be my most favorite Christmas card of the season, I can assure you!! I have been following Jaymun's story for quite some time now but have never emailed or left a note in the guestbook. As a mother of 3 little ones myself, I can never read your blog without tears as I can't imagine what you have been and are going through now; it seems that your scariest days are among you. My heart cries out for your family and especially for Jaymun. I have posted his picture on my fridge and will fervently pray for God's healing hand on his body. And I will pray for Jesus to carry you all right now. May you sense His presence in the midst of this horrible storm.
In Christ's love,Shannan Vincent

My family first became aware of Jaymun's fight with Leukemia through Jill Holstein and Mark Dorman's involvement with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. We had not given much thought about the donation we contributed to one of their races until I came home today and opened the photo card from Jaymun. Thank you for sharing Jaymun's story with my family and allowing us the opportunity to pray for him. He is in our thoughts and prayers.
God Bless your family.

Been following your entries and right now all I can say is I just hope and pray that God is listening to every one of those prayers that are being said for Jaymun. I canít even imagine how you as parents are feeling right now. I just hope God will come through for you guys, and the doctors there and help Jaymun get through his pain. I said this before, I donít think any child as young as Jaymun should have to go through what Jaymun has gone through.
I know God is listening.Betty Hicks

Dave and Jennifer,
I have been reading your blog and praying for Jaymun and your family for weeks now. The Lord brings you to my mind often and I wanted you to know that I am praying throughout the day and night. Especially now, during this crisis, may the peace of God which passeth all understanding guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May you sense the presence of the Lord surrounding you and upholding you as you care for Jaymun. Sending you all hugs via email.
Your sister in Christ,Darby Travers

I have been checking your website almost daily since hearing of Jaymun and your family. I pray for you and your family every day in hopes that every little prayer for his health will help him get well. Your journal is heart wrenching reading but wonderfully done. Having children of our own I cannot begin to imagine how hard this is for you. Thank goodness for your faith in God as it will pull you through. What is that saying, "God wouldn't give you more than you can handle..." Stay strong and know you are thought of by many, many people. Our family will pray for you every day.

Jaymun and family...I came to you through our website
One of the things I have told Brendan from the begining of our own journey through cancer was that at least it was me and not one of the kids. Your posts are so heartfelt. I do not know if my strength would be enough to uplift not only my sick child, but an entire family.
I think you couldn't have been more correct in your answer to Devon from your post on November 7
God chose your family for a reason. He knew you could do it...for Jaymun. Please accept our prayers.
Much love, Julie Lyons (from Houston)

I have been reading your blog for a while now and have been praying for Jaymun and your family for equally as long. I pray especially now, when Jaymun is feeling so badly. He is such a beautiful boy and always looks as happy as you describe him to be. It is a joy to see his smile, even through these tough times.
