Mon, 13 Nov 2006 21:17:21 - Dear Jennifer, Dave, Jaymun, and family,
We want you to know that you and your family are in our daily prayers. I check the journal daily for updates. It is amazing to see the strength of God in all of you as you struggle with the ups and downs of fighting this cancer. I treasure Jaymun's smiles as they remind me to smile at the little things in life. I admire Jennifer and Dave's trust in God and dedication and love towards their children. They remind me of the beauty of parenthood. For Ben, Kirstin, Devon, and Sean, thank you for showing us what being big brothers and sisters is all about. Thank you for sharing your lives with us! With love, Scott and Amy, Amanda and Lauren

Sat, 11 Nov 2006 17:20:59 - Hi Jennifer,David and Family, Prayer has always been an important part of my life and James 5:14-16 states in part "the prayer of faith shall save the sick" "the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." Outright "Miracle Healings" don't always happen just because we will them to take place, but healings "Do" happen. Not always the kind we think need to take place, but what our Lord knows "Has" to take place and in "His" own time, not ours. Things happen in our lives that one would think would destroy, but in reality have made us stronger because of it. The Lord can turn everything to "His" advantage, good or bad. We may never know the outcome, but we can be assured that God's will, will be done.
Our prayers are forever with you and I have spread the news around our area to join in with their "fervent" prayers for Jaymun. We check your updates on the progress and backfalls that come with this awful kind of cancer. Your "Journal" will touch many lives, along with helping you to get through the day to day minutes that seem like "forever." The Lord is using you and your family, you may not be aware of it, but you can see it in the mailings you are recieving. We love you, even in South Dakota, and will be in touch again...soon. Uncle Bobby and Aunt Karen.

Thu, 9 Nov 2006 16:12:20 - Dear Jaymum and Family, I am regular visitor to your website, and keep you in my prayers. Jennifer, I started reading your journal and started sharing at work. You have a lot of support here! Jaymum smiles are amazing, but more amazing is your family's reliance in God and the power of prayer. "The Lord is my strength and shield; in him my heart trusts; so I am helped, and my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him." Psalm 28:7 Aunt Colleen

Thu, 9 Nov 2006 23:49:41 - The simplest thing I can think of right now is to tell you how much I love you. Aunt Janet

Thu, 9 Nov 2006 16:14:46 - I heard about Jaymun's condition through a co-worker at QuadCreative. We've worked with Joel and Dave over the years on a software program and we think of you as family. Please know that several of us speak of Jaymun and pray the Lord's plan is to restore his health. I also pray He will give you the strength, as his parents and family, to continue to support him and fight the good fight against this illness. God be with you. Helen

Thu, 9 Nov 2006 19:25:03 - Thank you Jenny for the time you take from your busy days to share with us (the world) about your special boy. I cried with identification to the entry Nov. 7th. That day is my husband and Motherís birthday. They both have been blessed with long years of a happy life. I pray your dear little boy has that chance in your beautiful family. Devon got it right! Thanks Mom for giving him the insight. Our prayers are with you daily. Mrs. Schallock

Thu, 9 Nov 2006 07:40:10 - Jaymun and family: I'd just like to say that not a day goes by where I don't check the website and say a big prayer for all of you. Your smiles Jaymun, make me smile and bring tears to my eyes. You're a strong little boy and my prayers are with you in everything that you have to go through. Jen "Office": You're an amazing mother and you have such a wonderful family! My prayers and thoughts are constantly with you! Love, Katie Prill

Wed, 8 Mar 2006 09:35:36 - I heard about your website from Russ and Pam Denker in Grand Rapids, MI. Your website is heartbreaking, informative and uplifting too! The photos of your beautiful family are so inspiring! As a mother of three children, I wanted to see your beautiful baby and share your experience. I just wanted to send our thoughts and prayers. I cannot begin to understand your heartache, but I know the limitless love we hold for our children and how we would do anything to make things better for them. God's blessing to you and your family - you all sound so wonderful and full of faith - God will see you through this! You are truly blessed to have this beautiful angel in your lives and I hope with all my heart that Jaymun makes it through this journey and lives a long, happy, healthy life with all of you! Best wishes always. The Stites Family (Carl, Kristy, Sydney, Alexa & Paige)

Wed, 8 Nov 2006 17:03:49 - Dear Kaat Family, As you already know many in your home church are praying (myself included). This is one of those important times to let you know that we actually are, and that you (all of ya) are blessing us! Dave & Jen, thanks so much for doing this blog. It is showing the world that Jesus is not only real, but that he is taking care of your family as you move through these times of trial. It is in the first book of James that I learned this:
verse.2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. (NIV)
This really seems to reflect what you've written on the 6th, about "because there is no giving up on him", and that "Quitting is not an option"! I've read too where your words have been touching hearts literally from coast to coast! Dave & Jen, you both know how the Lord healed Libby, we pray that for Jaymun too! What a testimony that will be!! What a testimony you already have, with the help and comfort you've received!!! Please know as well that you are loved greatly by those of us that are blessed enough just to know you, by those that are getting to know you through this website, & most importantly by the LORD your GOD! Jaymun, just by looking at your photos you show so much character already. I look forward to meeting you in person some day soon, and really look toward the day that you'll be running around the church with your brothers & sister!
Your Brother in Christ, Roger Paul Plymouth, WI
